Natalie is a Registered Psychologist with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS), a member of the International Association for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Allied Professions (IACAPAP), and an Associate Member of the American Psychological Association (APA).

She began her career in the public healthcare sector, where she served as a Senior Psychologist with REACH North at the Child Guidance Clinic, Institute of Mental Health (IMH), before moving into private practice. Over the past 20 years, Natalie has worked extensively with children, adolescents, and adults, with a focus on Anxiety and Depression. She also has significant experience in assessing and supporting individuals with learning difficulties, ADHD, and Autism, as well as working with families, particularly parents managing children with behavioural challenges.

During her time in public healthcare, Natalie spearheaded projects that promoted wellness among school-aged children, families, and workplaces. She developed and implemented mental health programmes, designed interventions, and delivered workshops and talks to students, parents, teachers, and workplace leaders. She also contributed to workplace mental health by writing modules for leaders on promoting psychological well-being.

Beyond clinical practice, Natalie has been active in teaching and mentorship. She has trained adults in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and counselling skills, supervised para-counsellors, and mentored psychology students through SPS initiatives. She has also shared her expertise through interviews, workshops, and published articles on family and parenting.

Natalie is deeply committed to early prevention and intervention in mental health. She believes in empowering teachers and parents to be strong enablers of children’s well-being, and in equipping children and youth with resilience to face life’s challenges. She continues to advocate for mental health awareness and suicide prevention, driven by her goal of building healthier communities.
