Pearl is a registered psychologist with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS), a Clinical Psychologist with the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and a member of the APS College of Clinical Psychologists.

Pearl has extensive experience working with children, adolescents and their families in public and private hospitals, clinical and community settings both in Australia and Singapore for more than 15 years. She focuses on using evidence-based interventions like Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) to help children and adolescents overcome their emotional and behavioural difficulties. She also specializes in conducting diagnostic assessments for Neurodevelopmental conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorders, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and Specific Learning Disorders as well as psychoeducational assessments for school admissions and access accommodations applications. She has provided individual and group interventions to individuals on the autism spectrum to help them navigate the social world more confidently.

She also provides clinical supervision to other psychologists and is a clinical supervisor to university postgraduate clinical psychology interns. Her passion in teaching and mentoring has earned her a National Healthcare Group Teaching Award for Allied Health Educators in 2016.

Pearl fully embraces neurodiversity and hopes to empower families to use positive parenting practices. She believes in helping every child and adolescent achieve their full potential, develop into resilient individuals and be ready for the challenges of the future.
