Michelle is a clinical psychologist with 8 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in both the United States and Singapore. Before joining the team at Dynamics, Michelle worked with local and expatriate clients in various settings including hospitals, private practices, schools, and crisis centers.

While Michelle is experienced in diagnosing and treating a wide array of mental health conditions, she has a strong passion for supporting individuals with anxiety issues, phobias, selective mutism, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and mental health care for individuals with intellectual disabilities. She uses evidence-based treatments, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Parent Management Training (PMT), and exposure therapy. Known for her patience, empathy, and optimism, Michelle takes a holistic, strengths-based approach to therapy. She believes that fostering collaboration with families and key figures of social support is essential for achieving positive outcomes.

Having grown up as an international school student and living in the U.S. for nearly a decade, Michelle embraces diversity and understands the unique challenges faced by expatriates and third-culture kids. She welcomes clients of all backgrounds, tailoring her approach to suit their unique needs while remaining sensitive to their culture, religion, medical conditions, abilities, gender identity, and sexual orientation.
